Sales Manager - Lahore

The Sales Manager at AMT Electric Pvt Ltd will be responsible for driving and executing the company’s sales strategy, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and expanding the customer base within the electrical supply industry. This role requires an experienced professional who can lead the sales team, set performance goals, monitor sales activity, and provide hands-on support to ensure consistent results. The Sales Manager will also oversee key client accounts, develop long-term relationships, and identify opportunities to offer tailored electrical solutions using brands.

In addition to sales growth, the role involves active coordination with internal departments and regular follow-ups on receivables to ensure timely recovery of payments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. This is a results-driven position for someone who can combine technical understanding with commercial acumen to lead a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets
  • Manage key client relationships

Must Have

  • 4–6 years of B2B sales experience (preferably electrical/industrial sector)
  • Strong client handling and negotiation skills
  • Team leadership and target-driven mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication skill

Nice to have

  • Experience with electrical items.
  • Technical background (Electrical/Industrial Engineering)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP)
