The Manager – Technical Sales (Lighting) will be responsible for promoting and selling professional and architectural lighting solutions (Philips and partner brands) across assigned territories. Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a comprehensive professional lighting portfolio, including: Commercial Lighting, Retail & Hospitality Lighting, Industrial Lighting, Sports Lighting, Outdoor Lighting
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with lighting consultants, architects, MEP consultants, contractors, distributors, and end-users.
- Identify and pursue project-based opportunities across commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and architectural sectors.
- Conduct technical lighting presentations, mock-ups, layout discussions, and site visits.
- Support customers with lighting design intent, product selection, BOQs, and compliance submissions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and prepare regular sales and project reports.
- Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, market trends, and lighting technology advancements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, project execution, and customer satisfaction.

- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7–8 years of experience in technical sales within professional lighting or electrical solutions.
- Strong technical understanding of lighting products, applications, and project sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Valid driving license preferred.
