Job Summary:

We are looking for a Finance and Accounts Executive to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, performing bank and ledger reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.

• Reconcile customer accounts, bank statements, and general ledgers regularly.

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and supporting documents.

• Handle contact and contract registration, ensuring all customer and vendor records are accurate and up to date.

• Prepare aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables.

• Assist in monthly and annual financial closing and reporting.

• Support accounts payable and other routine finance operations as required.

• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve process efficiency.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (ACCA/CA Inter/CMA preferred).

• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, reconciliation, or general accounting.

Skills:

• Strong command of MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP).

• Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
