We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our leadership team and drive strategic people initiatives that align with our business goals.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic adviser to senior leadership on all HR matters
- Lead workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning
- Partner with business leaders to identify HR needs and develop action plans
- Champion a high-performance culture through engagement and development initiatives
- Manage and improve performance review processes, KPIs, and reward systems
- Guide change management, organisational restructuring, and culture initiatives
- Analyse HR metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve employee experience
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Qualify the customer needs
- Negotiate and contract
- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
