Job Summary:
As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for driving the digital marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and improve customer engagement. You will lead a team of digital marketers, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and manage external agencies to deliver data-driven and ROI-focused campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify trends, insights, and emerging technologies to optimize spend and performance.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across channels: SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid media.
- Oversee website and landing page performance, including UX/UI optimization and conversion rate improvements.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, engagement, conversion, CPL/CPA, and ROI.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush to create actionable insights and reports.
Team & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, freelancers, or agencies.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
Content & SEO:
- Oversee development of digital content (blogs, videos, case studies, etc.) to support inbound marketing.
- Manage SEO strategy (on-page/off-page) to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.
Marketing Automation & CRM:
- Drive marketing automation initiatives and email campaigns using platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Marketo.
- Integrate digital marketing efforts with CRM systems for lead nurturing and scoring.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with digital tools (Google Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn Ads, GA4, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, and content strategy.
- Proven track record of developing and scaling digital marketing programs.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta/Facebook Blueprint.
- Experience in B2B industries like SaaS, manufacturing, or industrial automation is a plus.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and tools like Figma or Hotjar.
