This position requires a proactive individual who can identify and pursue new sales opportunities, manage existing client accounts, and collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and services. Timely and consistent recovery follow-ups are also an essential part of the role.
To succeed, the candidate must combine technical knowledge of electrical products with strong sales and communication skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment is key to delivering results and building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and follow up on client leads
- Maintain and grow customer relationships
- Prepare quotations and handle client queries
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution
- Ensure timely payment follow-ups
Must Have
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM
- Result-driven and organized
Nice to have
- Knowledge of panels, switchgear, or automation
- Familiarity with BOQs and technical drawings
- Existing client base in industrial sectors
