Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions.
Assist with invoice generation, payment vouchers, and bill postings.
Help in bank reconciliations and monitor petty cash activities.
Organize and maintain financial documentation and files.
Participate in routine finance and audit-related tasks.

Must Have

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial terms
Familiarity with bookkeeping and ledger entries.
Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, formatting, and data entry).
Good communication and time-management skills.

Nice to have

Experience or familiarity with Odoo, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
Prior internship or volunteer experience in a finance/accounting role.
Willingness to take initiative and suggest process improvements.
Familiarity with cloud tools (Google Sheets, Zoho, etc.).
