Deputy Manager - Lahore, Karachi & Islamabad

The Deputy Manager – plays a vital role in managing and coordinating the overall operations of AMT Electric Pvt Ltd’s head office. This position acts as a bridge between different departments — such as Sales, Accounts, Technical Support, and Administration — ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks and internal projects.

The primary focus of this role is to oversee day-to-day operations, provide supervision and support to staff, and ensure that tasks are carried out efficiently and in line with company objectives. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for ensuring proper documentation and timely preparation of quotations, follow-up on internal tasks, and handling sales recoveries by maintaining regular communication with clients and the sales/accounts team.

This role also includes preparing and presenting various reports and performance dashboards to senior management, which help in decision-making and monitoring business health. The individual is expected to track ongoing projects, coordinate with relevant departments to follow up on pending items, and make sure deadlines are met.

The Deputy Manager will act as a key internal coordinator — resolving issues, ensuring consistency in operations, and supporting management in optimizing business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and staff.
  • Coordinate between Sales, Accounts, and Admin.
  • Follow up on sales recoveries and client dues.
  • Prepare quotations and related documents.
  • Track internal projects and report progress.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • 3–6 years of experience in operations/admin.
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Experience with sales recovery processes.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Experience in writing online content
  • Background in electrical or engineering sector.
  • Familiarity with Odoo or any ERP system.
  • Knowledge of quotation and proposal formats.
  • Experience with reporting and dashboards.
  • Understanding of internal workflows and SOPs.
